Reason For Hack Failures *Might not be true

From what I've heard, EA Have made it so that if the "Battlefield Heores" folder is even a single byte larger or smaller in memory than the memory should be (Can change from Injecting dll's, adding sounds, editing folders etc) then it won't work.

Even If you change a bit of text in a file it won't work. It checks before you enter a game and if it's even the slightest bit larger or smaller in size, it will turn you back to the main menu and come up with "Client Error". This is the new update for Battlefield Heroes.

People must make sure when they are making hacks that for everything they change they must change something else to make it the same amount of memory, which is quite impossible. Which is why people must find a way around this, this is usually what "VIP" Hacks are. I think.

This is what I've heard, but does anyone else have any objections, additions or other explanations? (I may be wrong)

I think this is exactly what they did.
Now you can't even change a word in the dll files...
The only way I know how to hack would be "Artificial Aiming"...
It's kinda good hack

Sumsar, that may be true.
But according to this story, you will d/c when you do something with CE.
Cuz, when you use CE you change something in the folder of BFH.
And that will be detected and --> Kick.
(That's my thought on it, please correct me if I'm wrong)

thats not totaly right ...
when the game starts up it checks about something in the files have chagned(nothing)
then it load the game from the files in the folder and now all the infomation is stored in the game and not in the folders

that means you isent editing the files but you are editing that there have being loaded ... but next time the game open up it loads from the files and its like before ..


also i did so i have unlimted ammo without dc ?

Unlimited ammo never worked, trust me, I tested it. Yes, it looked to you that you got unlimited ammo. What really happened was, whilst you were reloading on everyone elses screen, it showed you still shooting on your screen. During this time you would do no damage.

Changeing the fire rate, distance, damage (that never works anyway) and other stuff would only look like it on your screen, whilst being the same on anybody elses screen.

Once, you could edit certain files so that you had a perminant sixth sence effect, letting you see everybody on the map as a perminent wallhack that only doesn't work for stealthed commando's. This was also patched long ago.

Any hacks that involve modifying files are fucked, yes.
