The officer's testimony was just released. The testimony would have been thrown out if it didn't match up with the audio that had been recorded whilst in the police car. The kid grabbed his gun after punching the officer in the head while the officer was still in the police cruiser. The officer warned "I will shoot, back up or I will shoot" and the kid said "you're too much of a pussy to shoot".

Eye witness testimonies (from African Americans) after that agree with the officers testimony that the kid charged the officer after the officer tried chasing him down. The kid put his hand in his waistband as if he had a gun while he charged the officer. So the officer fired, and then radio'd for all available officers to assist him and to send a supervisor.

I am not one who likes cops, but this officer did everything CORRECTLY. He gave verbal warning, the kid tried to grab his fucking gun, I mean how stupid can that kid fucking be?
