I don't really like hacks , especially on phone based games . But yea the weapons are extremely expensive .

I thought we were talking about iPad games not phone games? And you don't like hacks? Or just iPad/Phone based games? Because you said, especially which means mostly, Which also means you do not like hack's? Just a little bit confused. Anyhow, I would say Clash of Clans, It's a very fun game based off of the strategy.

Most games are available n iPhone / iPad / Android so it doesn't make a difference .
Also yes I don't like hacks anymore , I used to abuse games with hacks but it doesn't really entertain me anymore. It's really fun when you have kills to destroy people and not hacks .
