Facebook games are server sided.
But so is Adventure Quest or Dragon Fable for example. And since there are trainers for these, there should be a way to make a trainer for Ninja Saga.
The cheat engine cheats do not seem to work anymore, I tried them all and none of those I found worked.
Howewer, it IS possible to make a trainer/hack for facebook games.

HP Cheat
1. Go Ninja Saga (not to be in play first).
2. Open Cheat Engine 6.0 and the process to the plugin-container.exe
3. Setting the value to an array of bytes typenya
4. Then First Scan 0C 28 00 00 00 03 00 00 26 02 00 00 03 00 00 00
5. Double-click Valuenya.
6. Change the value to FF 22 0C 00 00 03 00 00 26 02 00 00 03 00 00 00
7. select your char then "PLAY".
8. And see that happening with your HP Char Ninja Saga
