I need some help with the LTB-LTA files from Crossfire

Hey there i have extracted all the files from crossfire and i cant find a way to import them in 3ds max so i can make some animations with them
if someone can help me i can add him to my Credits\ help for helping me with them on my YT videos that will come out with them
So can someone or have any ideea how can i import them into 3DS max?

You can convert it to abc file and import to milkshape with mesh and bones only
