Why Cant I do anything in gmod anymore please help guys.

Ok so I was going around and I was on this server using shiny cows exploit and then a admin came up to me and said bad boy u are using kawaii bypass and So in my head I was like WTF and my screen just started changing like I couldn't using anything and my mic came on and I didnt know what anti cheat they had and I couldn't exit out of garrys mod I couldn't disconnect so I ended the process Im kinda a script kiddie so can u guys help me I tried to restart garrys mod but it wont let me I think its a bind thing.

Was it using CAC? exec config_default for your old binds and everything back!

I dont think so beacouse when I joined it wouldve kicked me I wasnt using a bypass that bypassed CAC

And Its not the graphics it is that when I try to reset my settings to the default and I apply settings and press ok and then I look at my settings and it is back to the same with only chat on the thing with the graphics I was talking about was I had my camera out for some reason?

In the console put

exec config_default
Then
host_writeconfig

or put host_ and it should come up with it to save ur settings back to normal!

You don't need too just verify your gmod it'll fix it, Just go into your garrysmod config wherever steamapps is then go into garrysmod/cfg/config.lua and delete everything copy and paste config_default into config
