I tried replying with saying i moved into a new address but they kept denying any help? willing to pay.

Moving to a new address method is old and they know it... So the only thing u can do now is use Reship Service or a drop address in order to use amazon again, Or there's some users that solve this kind of problems but I forgot their name

What was the reason for the other account closure? If you are actually innocent, appeal for an unban. If there's any cards, names, emails or even anything linked to an old account that's been closed, you're fucked.
