Note that i haven't done intense testing on if this is undetected or not, it's an older program and of course the developers of Osu! could've gotten a grip on it. This should pretty much be undetected, maybe even undetectable if i could say it if i was totally sure about it. Haven't been banned in the testing process.

FAQ

 

Q: Can i be banned for this?
A: Of course, using any tool to gain an unfair advantage in Osu! isn't allowed and can get you banned. However, if you make sure you follow the "How to use"-steps, your chance on getting banned is very small.

Q: Help!! My spinner doesn't even look like it's spinning!?
A: Increase the amount of points. It will make more of a circle shape that way.

Q: Every time i press the hotkey for spinning it spins, doesn't matter if i'm playing Osu! or not.
A: Close either the Tool or Osu!, or disable "Disable Game Check" and see if that solves your problem.

Q: Osu! doesn't reconize the circles??
A: Try increasing "Amount of points" and "Distance from Center" and decreasing "Speed" and see if that works for you. I suggest after that to slightly decrease these values (and increase for the Speed value, since we already decreased it) just little by little until it has a perfect configuration for you to use.

Also, just pressing the Spin-key doesn't mean it's actually pressing your Mouse Buttons or ZX or whatever you have it configured to. It's only for the spinning, not for actually holding the key and spinning unless you use those hotkeys (Like use Right Mouse Button to spin, it will not only spin but also count those spins).

Q: Expected Spins Per Minute doesn't equal the actual SPM?!
A: It's expected, not guaranteed. With my config i had around 400 SPM, which was a little bit slower than my 420 manual spinspeed (no joke)

Q: OMGF VIRUS!!?!?!?
A: Nope. No need to worry, and if you still don't trust me then don't use the tool :^)

Once the questions rack up i will ask a Moderator to add these here, but for now, this should get you going.

How To Use
Step 1. Download the file and un-zip it using a tool like WinRar or 7zip.
Step 2 (Optional, Highly Reccomended!). Change it's MD5 Hash with a tool simmilar to this.
Step 3 (Again, Optional, but less change to get detected!). Use a File Pumper to increase the file size (Couldn't really find one on the forum, saw a guide how to make one so i guess i will code one myself from that source and add it here later.) Google it if you don't have one.
Step 4. Run it and configure it to your liking
Step 5. ???
Step 6. Profit!

As i am going to mention below the spoiler tags, this tool is leeched. The owner has taken down the download for the tool, and googling the name of the tool didn't give me any results. So that means this download link could pretty much be the only download avaible for this tool.
This basically means there will be no updates for this tool. If someone wants to crack it and continue it, you have my blessing. The owner said in his original topic "Removed since I want to stop posting programs that directly allow you to cheat." (directly copy-pasted). He (or she) has discontinued this tool and won't add on to it.

Besides that, since you have spare time to read anyway, why am i posting in this dead section of the forum? Well, someone has to start posting tools here don't we? There wasn't even 1 topic before i started contributing to this section of the forum, but now we got a decent start if i can be honest with you. Even while it's mostly leeched content it's still a start.

Other than that, currently I'm learning to code myself! It's gonna take awhile before i can start making tools for Osu! (and this is the main reason i started learning coding languages), but i'm learning little by little. I want to contribute with my own tools instead of leeching others in the future, and i also would like if i knew some basic programming myself for future-me. I'm still in school and i haven't even decided what job i want in the future, and i'm running out of time to decide. It will probably be graphics, else coding and if i am still undecisive i will probably do stuff like making tools and selling them and live with my parents and stuff.

Well, enough with my blabbing, you probably read alot of useless stuff you didn't need to know- i warned you ^^. Hopefully you get a decent understanding of what i am trying to do with the Osu! Cheats & Hacks section on MPGH. Feel free to leave any question behind in the comment section, i read them daily and multiple times a day.

@maddoggy00 weird, works fine for me when i double-click it, even if i take the direct .exe from the file and run it.

Besides that, what happens if you press Continue? The tool will just work? (You can test it out on your desktop by checking "Disable Game Check" and then holding the keybind). Final thing i can think of is maybe it has to be run in compability mode for Windows 7? I'm using Windows 7 and it works fine for me, what Windows are you using?

This is the .exe from the file when you first run it (you can change the background in the ConfigSpinner.ini)
