π FAQ About CS:GO Updates or VAC.
This thread is telling you what CS:GO Updates are and what VAC Is!
Most of the CS:GO Updates are not VAC Updates. I recommend using this website to see if Valve Anti Cheat has updated: https://steamdb.info/app/730/history/ⓘ
There was one update 1 day ago but it just says change number that doesn't mean anything.
If Steam updates don't cry and spam on your hack providers form saying "IS IT DETECTED SINCE STEAM UPDATED"
Same with CS:GO.
I keep seeing those every ware now. Lets just think if steam updates does Valve anti cheat update?
A: No.
Info:
The VAC system is automated.
Overwatch:
Most of you have been complaing saying "I got VAC Banned" and you take a screen shot and its a game ban.
What a game ban is:
If you get 6 Reports in 1 Comp Match then you will get Overwatched and prob banned.
Also you were being to obvious.
Valve Anti Cheat System:
The following will not trigger a VAC ban:
Using chat programs like X-Fire
System hardware configurations
Updated system drivers, such as video card drivers
Note:
Excluding the games listed above, VAC bans will only apply to the game the cheat was detected in. For example, a VAC ban in Modern Warfare 2 will not affect Modern Warfare 3.
VAC is basically a shit (more than BE possibly)... it only detects predetermined paths (it can be portion of code in memory, or anything "known" to identify a cheat), as i said and i'm going to repeat: it doesn't contains any heuristic algorithm. In example if you use your own private navigator (no memory modification, but pointers passive reading), VAC will *never* find you.. you can use it forever. Neither BE will do.
VAC finds the naive guys who uses those public cheats (they deserves to be banned IMO) but it does nothing against the smart ones (guys that put some effort to know how a cheat works and how to code shit).
