Anyway, @gabygamer instead of using WebBrowser, I advise you to use grab proxies using regular expressions from another website.
A good pattern could be:
(([01]?\d\d?|2[0-4]\d|25[0-5])\.){3}([01]?\d\d?|25[0-5]|2[0-4]\d):0*(?:6553[0-5]|655[0-2][0-9]|65[0-4][0-9]{2}|6[0-4][0-9]{3}|[1-5][0-9]{4}|[1-9][0-9]{1,3}|[0-9])

Get proxy list from this website: http://proxy-list.org/english/index.php
They are often checked.
