If you've never used the card or the address you're fine for sure. Fresh accounts have a lower limit but work fine.

Don't use PO boxes, you have to find drop addresses somewhere.

amazon knows about PO boxes and their adresses are entered in their systems... SEing with PO boxes is risky and should be done...
