At the moment it's impossible, the useitem packet just isn't working right. I'm not that experienced but even Scellow (creator of realmbot) has a tab for it but hasn't implemented it.

Scellow tried in the client, and its way harder than in a proxy like Krelay.
I have auto drink in my own proxy and its far from impossible.

You just need to coordinate/fine tune it .That can be tricky.
Auto-nexus and Auto healing ability (pally/priest) can mess with an auto-drink....

TLDR : You need to prioritize hacks relying on players HP/MP or make an ALL IN ONE PLUGIN with autonexus/autodrink/auto abi.

I was too lazy to make it drink stuff from my inventory but one can add taht too

Well I did make a plugin to convert useitem packets to a string, and I wasnt using auto ability at the time. But the auto-nexus isn't a proxy hack. PM me your source, I want to compare it to what mine is.

Fun Fact : I did 37 UDL in a row , and I didn't got D-BOW...
