I don't really wanna disappoint you, but I would value it at $10 - $15. Because it doesn't have much rare item that many people wants.

And they are the hardest things to get. Each fragment has a 1/100 drop chance or you can buy it from inn for 1k rcs. You need 10 to turn in the quest and even then there's only a 1/10 chance you get something

Which means its still available in game, the rare I'm talking about its those extreme rare item that won't come back to games.
