Higher level thread

Is it possible to have a sub-forum or the ability to post a thread to just people that have like 50+ posts? This would prevent random noobs from getting the programs and only support real mpgh members.

you cannot release stuff for games there or else it will just get moved to the game section the release is for

Anyway, no there isn't a system like this. If you wish to access the global elite section, you must either be a donator or have over 2500 posts.
