[HELP] Images On Games

Ok so I play Combat Arms and I was hacking and I was just wondering...

How do people put images/numbers over the game?

EXAMPLE: Mpgh Pub puts a little menu over ca

GOAL: I want to make a program (MYSELF) that displays the time on screen.

If anyone has any answers please respond.

I also know c++, c, java, html and a few other programing languages if you have an answer that uses those

Thats a D3D menu. Unless you make a D3D Hook/Menu, I doubt theres a better way.

If you wanna do that kind of stuff, the C++ section is right above us.
