C++ group application
So the title is kind of misleading, but I didn't know how else to describe it. Anyway, I'll cut to the chase.
I'm making a bunch of c++ applications (console) and I was wondering if I could make one application that navigates between them.

As in embed them in one application?
I don't see why not.
Just make DLLs/LIBs and link them to the main app.
