The current release still works ok, was using it about ten minutes ago (tested with the unmodded version offline and the online-bypass modded version for GTA:O).

So if you are using the unmodded version of Scripthook, you'll need to obtain a modded copy or mod it yourself (it's a one byte hex change to achieve it), as the unmodded version won't let you take GTA into GTA:O whilst scripthook is present.
