Visual Basic cannot start

As you can see i press like 5-10times and still the program can't even start(process) any ideas ? What exactly block program to start ?

Try to uninstall it, disable your antivirus and firewall and reinstall again.
Run the installer as admin!

You could press the thanks button next time

Additionally: If you have any "Cleaner Tools" installed deinstall them.
