can some 1 tell me how to stop the lag with fraps need help asap plz and thanks

it has to do with you video card. if you dont have enough memory it will lag.... so u might whant to think about geting a new one...........if u go to fraps web site i thinke there is a list of of what u need to run it.... if this help's thank me....

i have a good video card i never lag on combat arms when ever i use fraps i dont lag i was using it last night no lag now i used it right now i start lagging alot idk y
