New Item spawn script?

I understand the createVehicleLocal command has been patched, Does anyone know of A similar command/script that would allow spawning of Items?

I have been finding Oil barrels and Car Tents on the 2 non-battleye servers in dayz SA. I know these are not in the loot tables so how could they have gotten into the server? I figured someone had to have spawned them in.

People can add .pbo files into non-battleye server's. Its what people did back in 0.40 when the servers got leaked they put Arma 2 Vehicles into the spawn table and they were driveable.

It is possible on cracked DayZ SA, with an RE and access to the server.

Believe this has been solved.
