It is still possible, but not an easy way. There is currently a VIP hack out now that restores your HP.

THats Diffrent. it make the knife a medic kit. Like if you has the thing for Spec...

but its kinda the same thing the only difference ur hp still goes down but it heals you automatically

its called lifegiver and it is the spec heath thing you know the lil stick thing oh well dave is making vip and pubs if you want it to come faster just thank me XD
