❓ Finding VZipFlip cmd line?

I install VZipFlip, but can’t run the application "as a stand-alone executable", as stated on mpgh tutorial.

VZipFlip seems to be in downloads, but DIR shows it has its beside downloads, documents, etc. Why? So far unable to change directory to VZipFlip, help please.

you use CD just as you would a normal command prompt. you could also refer to this:
