mpgh has a lot of glitch posts,i dont think he intended to post this, he replied on my post saying the same thing as well which makes me think it was some kind of glitch

You could still tp immediately in certain servers even after the initial release. They intended it to be that way.

What servers can you tp instantly on?

I usually play on USE3 and they dont have the tp delay there. The smaller servers tend to not be affected.
