Amazon Refund Service Question

Recently one of my friend told me some forum is not fully secure and police started investigation against refunder. worried about this new forum

If it is safe forum then I would love to start my service there. Any kind of information will be helpful.

Yes. Is it secure forum? Because on some Russian Forum amazon started investigation and update some rules for Russian guys.

Well that's up to you to decide but I've seen someone doing amazon refunding services if you go to Market place > Services

they cannot do shit in all honesty - if they did started investigating, us refunders would know instantly from talking to them as police have specific cues which are easy to spot...
