Yeah, there was a website as current MPGH but it wasn't popular enough or something that was the reason why it was taken down back at 2002.. And I betcha Our dear Dave wasn't the creator then, but I could be wrong.

Ok, so a little knowledge goes a long way. Here's some knowledge for you...

When ever you create a forums, the software will create the user#1. Then all the other people behind, get a number, ie 2, 3, 4, etc. Now when you hover over someone's name on the left side, you will see that they have u=#####. u=2 is the owner - http://www.mpgh.net/forum/member.php?u=2 (Hippo). Since his creation date was 12-26-2005, that means the site was created then - unless there was a previous iteration of the site prior. Anyone who has numbers following, such as 3, 4, 5, etc, were here at about the same time.

Hope it helps, and I instilled some knowledge, so that next time you won't have to actually ask, and just do a quick research for yourself.

Bruh. You know nothing about forums do you?

u=1 is always the person who created and owned the forum hence (Head Admin in their title - depends on the forum though, those titles can be customized)
u=2 is always the person who helps the person who owns the forum / created it hence the title Admin.
