Team Speak 3 problem :(

So i started using team speak 3.All works perfectly but when i start playing crossfire my friends cant hear me.
Im using windows 10.I am using push to talk hotkey(F).
Can someone help me pls.

Try to start teamspeak with run as adminstaror
