I reinstalled game already...

But everytime this comes:

That sucks man... Try installing it again.

ur Graphic Card its not supported or have a bad configuration.

just get new drivers for ur graphics card, if that wont work then get a new card, AND if that dont work ur screwed, unless u go to like compUSA (if ur in NC(if not find what ever computer store is near)) and get them to fix it

turn off ur anitivirus and reboot ur pc

Buy a new pc.

reinstall windows xp *not vista/7* otherwise kill your self .

or did u run as administrator it is needed if u have vista..

you can play without being an administrator, I play and rolls smoothly.it's not that.
go to control panel and uninstall the game and re-install.
and they have reason, see the settings of your graphics card.

click start>>type dxdiag in the search box

press enter

click display
make sure that these 3 boxes are ticked:
DirectDraw acceleration
Direct3D acceleration
AGP textures acceleration

that should work, if not it is most likely that you need to upgrade your directx and your video card drivers.

If they Enabled than update your Driver.
If you formatted your computer make sure that you installed all your CDs
