Combat Arms is a good Game, but I have REALLY SHIT Internet, meaning it Lags like crap and I cant play properly.

Same, CA lags the fuck out of me if i have fraps on. Even without Fraps, it still lags. So i can't make a montage D:

For your fraps problem I found that using 29.7FPS and having it Halfed helped with he lag issue, to your other problems i would follow Kingstuds Advice and use White Maps or People.

OR

You can go the complex way and Use windows Classic while you play, do Disk Cleanups and Disk De-fragments and turn off all application on startup by going to Run (XP USERS) or Start and type in MSCONFIG>Startup (Make sure to leave your Sound Card Driver available on startup and your GFX Card.
