I can get you one with $22 dollar funds on it, but its only online for 4 months, idk if that matters. (you can use this with paypal/ebay)

In fact i just want to verify my paypal account for get ride the limit, my pp acc is EU, does a US card will do the job?

This card is from the EU. What if you provide me with a screenshot/email of your paypal. You pay me and I'll give you the card if you can get your paypal verified than were all good. If not I will refund you and you give me the card.

Sounds fair enough?
