tapper help!

every tapper i try does this,

1.puts the game down and it crashes.

2.after dissconecting reconnecting 2 times or so it doesnt reconnect eanymore.

HELP!!!

keeping it off to long.

I've tried a few times but it never works for me. When I turn the wireless off every character freezes in place like they're supposed to, but it wont "reconnect" at all. It reconnects my internet and all but the game stays frozen until I exit out and relog in.

I've read where it was said to not have it off longer than a minute but I've even tried a simple 15 seconds and still the same.

It's supposed to be less than 10 seconds... Or at least that's what i do
