Scripts Patched

Have script hacks been patched now?
I've tried a few ways and nothing sometimes ill get kicked for having the script file then on some servers nothing will come up, as in the menu.

So I don't know how much you know about a3, scripting, and battleye, but no.
Wasteland, Life, Epoch, Exile, realism, Invade and Annex, Koth, and all the other game modes are heavily reliant on scripts running on your system, well not so much epoch and exile, but still, so the idea that you can "patch scripts" is impossible on a game basis, now "autobanning" and "Detected (for ah not BE)" are possible for scripts.
Those servers you go on have whats called a antihack, it prevents certain scripts from being in your directory, a handfull variables and commands you be kicked or banned if you run these scripts
