Need help with code

So, i recently encountered an asshat on my gmod server that somehow got and changed my RCON. I need some kind of lua or java script that will do 4 things. 1: spam console with the preface "rcon_password". 2: cycle through all characters while spamming (should look like "rcon_password a, rcon_password b"... ect) and 3: after cycling through all characters (including special characters), adds a new row (rcon_password aa, rcon_password ab). 4: it has to alert me in some way when it works. can anyone help with that? it cant be an outside script. it has to be run from the console.
