Thats for something else, put the folder in your A3 directory & execute execVM "FinizMenuzV2\run.sqf";

do we need an executor or injector to use it ?

No, just download the file and read the 'Readme' File inside the ZIP file and it'll tell you how to use it.

There's no file matching what the readme says in my/others arma folder, anywhere.
Arma3 config in documents won't work. There's a config.bin in the launcher folder, also doesn't work.
