Minecraft Session Id

Recently I've saw a hack named garploit come out. This particular hack has a session stealer, now i'm just wondering
what is a session id and I think I can answer some peoples questions if anyone replies. Thanks

Wrong section but I believe it is based on you being on a server. You might not be able to go on a server if your account is in another. I'm only guessing this because of the word session

When someone joins a minecraft server they get a hash. The hash is also known as the session ID. If you were to get a server owner to send you their logs of their miencraft server, you could look at their hash and you will have their session ID. Next time, please post in Minecraft Help.
