[Help] How does R* ban system work?

How does R* ban system work?

Hey all, first post here, hope i don't mess it up...

Getting to the point, i have found some great content on this site, before the great content I used a crappy method and had a 2 week ban, I am at this time using a pretty cool trainer, when/if i get banned it will be a 4 week ban right?

What i think i have understood is R* ban 1st time is 2 weeks, Second time 4 weeks, then permanant. Am i right?

Don't do any of these and you should be good to go. Anti Cheat is a little stronger but your still able to do many things online that wont get you banned.

Thank you very much for the reply, but it doesnt really anwser my question :s also abit too late to say don't do it as i've stated above already been banned once heading for a second one. I was just wondering if somebody know if rockstar always proceded this way - first ban 2 weeks, second ban 1 month then a final perma ban ? Thank you again for your reply

It depending, but yes that is basically it.

You´re wrong. The first ban can be permanent. I´m searching for another cheaper account. Can I leave the story mode modded installation as it is (I have working launcher to load online only vanilla; got banned because of addend of 10000000GTA$) or will GTA ban me for no reason? Just logout in gta and login with another account? It can´t be that I have to redownload as addons on Steam, because it doesn´t accept the fact it is already installed. I have paid social club version.

its a month, year, perm if i am correct. Think it depends on the offense though, some things can result in an instant perma ban.

I modded my account and haven't been banned yet.

First 1 month ban, then permanent.
