Social Engineer section

Maybe it's a nice idea to add some sections to the Social Engineer section? Everything is dumped into one section now. Maybe a Help, Discussion and Tutorial section will freshen it up a bit.

Tutorials can be done in one sticky.

If you needed help, just look at the tutorial thread. Honestly shouldn't need that many sections since there isn't even a moderator looking after it
