Last time I was in your country it was 7 years ago doing some thing I not even wanting to be there for.

Anyway, it could being from you using the 1.0.393.4a script hook, and the new script hook has not being released yet. Remove all mods from the game to be allowed to start playing again.

remove ALL mods you've added to the game, verify the game (if you're using steam) make sure no files are corrupt. Start the game, make sure everything works. Then download the NEW scripthook posted in this forum with the online bypass. Until all those steps are taken, we can only guess it's your copy of GTA messing up.
