Java Problems

Hey... I installed java, of course, years ago. Recently, i was experiencing problems. So, i deleted all of the files and uninstalled it with Windows Install Clean Up. Now, i am without Java. When i try to reinstall it, it asks if i want to reinstall it. I click yes and then a popup comes up saying something to the effect of that option only available for valid products. I have sent this to Java, but it has been a month and they have not written back. Anybody know or have a way to fix this?! Anything is helpful.

wrm, looks liek a big problem... If java not fully deleted it will says: reinstall ? If you want java i think u have to reinstall windows. PS: use avg. i recommend avg. Its very easy and good to use.
