How to make E-Juice

Broke my really nice vape a few months ago, and basically quit vaping. Now I'm back, and bought some shitty $5 vape off of eBay. Now I'm looking to get E-Juice (I bought 4 30mL bottles off of eBay, they come in a few days) and I'm wondering if anyone knows how to make decent E-Juice?

Drop that fucking pen and get anything other than what you have now. You can get a lemo rta and an istick 20 watt for like 50$.

Sadly the majority of vapors vape at 50 watts. Then you have the cloud chasers that vape at 75-150 watts.

I don't feel like spending money on vapes anymore, and this one felt just fine IMO.

Shisha pens are better than those ones you get. In the uk they taste amazing! They are only like £5 in shopsmtoo

I have absolutely no idea.
But would like to know, there should be a way to make them at home.

I am really ignorant to the subject of vaping. Can you tell me how vaping is good or what is in it, or can it effect your body?
