I'd be leary of anything site or tool that advertises VAC BAN Removal. The only true way to remove yourself from VAC BAN list would be to bypass various systems and gain access to their oracle db. Once there, you'd need to dump the tables for offline reviewing unless you had inside knowledge on where to look.
One particular tool I looked at... "VAC BAN Remover" asks for your steam u/p. Upon reviewing the internals of tool, found smtp code and gmail account information where your u/p is sent.
This should be common sense not to use such a tool, however some need to be warned! There are ways however to fool steam into jumping over the check(s) or fooling it into utilizing session of another non-banned game. Keep in mind that Valve is continuously updating their code and have started utilizing memory injection. A review of some logs show one particular tool "CODGateway" detected by the use of memory injection on a tool utilizing memory injection.

IS this possible? But i dont think you can remove ban..
of course this is possible, just because vac says "oh uh durr we cannot remove your ban durr" we still can its called hacking valve's servers
I believe you've been mis*******d. You do not unban your account, you bypass VAC2 so it never knows that you're even playing on the server, thus you never get caught. A VAC2 bypass does nothing for a banned account.

A VAC disabler bypasses VAC, so even if you are banned beforehand, wouldn't bypassing VAC still should allow you to play the game, cause well, you bypassed it?

if you use the vac disablers that are out now, you will still only be able to play private matches, the ban itself just fucks your matchmaking up, wether you disable vac or not.
