For those of you who drive and tend to speed, anyone of you guys have radar detectors? Is it a good investment to get one? Any good ones you want to suggest?
Friend speeds a ton, drives like he drives a BMW, I guess a 2001 Saab is close enough, but doesn't have a radar detector. Really depends on the size of your city and police.
I had to buy a radar detector in my dad's car, because I tend to go.... "over" the speed limit. If you can't afford top of the line detectors, I wouldn't recommend going with anything else.
I refunded an Escort Passport Max since I didn't feel like paying $450 for one.
