There is nothing publicly released. If you code your own there's a way to do it, I made a krelay plugin based on another user's video of one in action (can't remember the person), every fame exploit I've tried has been not worth it at all in my opinion (I haven't tried everything though).
I tried most on this thread but they are about 10x slower than fame train. You also can't drag a lot of the enemies he says to drag... But the upside is you can do multiple accounts at once at only effort is to set it up.
