Arhive a program doesn't work

So how to remove "Access denied" on a program that doesn't let you archive it?

Hmm, don't know if this will work. Make sure you have admin privileges, right click the program, go to properties, and you should see a tab saying "security" and change the controls to "full control" or change everything so you can do whatever you like with the program.
