Virus etc. forum which i forgot name

Hello, i dunno if this is even good section if not some admin please move it. Before some months i found like some forum where were virus tools and DDoS tools etc. with dark color background of it but i forgot name of it. If you know the name please let me know or tell me some other forum/web like this if you know some.

I promise that i won't try DDoS this forum (i know that it can't be done) and i dont want to sent virus to some other members of this forum. I want to learn programming and hacking so i need to start somewhere and learn how is all this stuff working. Thanks.
