Server Standards?

What RAM, cpu(in Ghz.), and upload speed is needed to have a non-laggy server like oryxill's server?

Not much.. But your server will get laggier when you put more in it. Oryxills is a empty standard club559 server so its not laggy yet. When you add XMLs, Behaviors, Sheets, actionscripts and more it fills more and your server will start lag more than before. But ram, cpu and all that doesnt have to be good, you should just be able to run the server (your computer should be able to run: xampp/workbench, mysql, heidisql/phpmyadmin, VisualStudio2012/VisualStudio2015)
