VAC

My ign is Tydligen, I'm here today with a question for you cheaters out there.
Today I got VAC banned on my bank account for NO apparent reason.
I cheated once in this game, about 6 months ago and got overwatched on that account. Since then I have not cheated at all.
My bank account contained about $5000 and obviously I would never cheat on an account like that.
I don't care about the account, but I do care about the skins.
Is there any way to get them to another account instead of having them locked there?
Any website or private person that knows any way to do this?
Paying good in skins if successful or if you'd like paypal payment instead we could work that out aswell.
