Is GSG-9 better than spop,

i know spop is thinner an has less surface area which makes it a harder target
but the GSG-9 is supposed to have more efficient movement which means it is slightly faster than the rest of the characters.

im gonna have a paypal account soon so i wanna know which character has more value.

Could someone be kind enough to tell me which character they would recommend.

Only downside to the SPOP is that she is slightly taller, so it is, for example, a disadvantage on the prison sniper map. But other then that, she is thin, fast, a she moans when she dies.
