Personally I usually just claim that the key was invalid and the seller refused to do anything about the issue, and that I tried to speak to G2A Live support and they claim the queue would be a max of 5 minutes wait, but ended up being over an hour so I just gave up, Then when I escalate to a claim I select the reason that goes along the lines of "I dont think me and the seller will be able to reach a solution" and the reasoning being something along the lines of "The seller hasn't bothered trying to resolve this issue and G2A themselves take far too long to get into contact with.

That's pretty much it, then 10 days later you get your money back.

I don't have a PayPal account. If someone could do this for a gta 5 key, I could probably give away my csgo inventory worth about 8$ or something. I know it's kinda low balling but that's all I got :/

just tried it, g2a have started replying to claims and asking from screenshots. doesn't work anymore

can probably still work around it but will require a spare account. their exact response was.

i will make a second account and take screenshots for them ect and get back to you if this works

a nice thing is to do the method where u use the code/gift then go on another account and try and use it there, screenshot it not working dispute it on G2A get another one and then do this charge back so you get 2 of the game that you didn't even pay for (((::
