What hack are you talking about? Don't even think about using public cheats on league anticheats...
A hack like A bit Smarter
No, it will most likely be an almost instant ban. Leagues has a much more intrusive anti-cheat than VAC and free cheats will get you banned almost instantly. Most leagues also take screenshots of your screen to check for wallhacks/esp.
