AMAZON REFUND FAILED. HELP
so i paid someone to do an amazon refund for about 550 pounds. they were unable to do it. they then said they could probably get me a free replacement. they then failed to do this. so i decided to do some reading around and i thought i would try and get a replacement myself. I was successful.
The replacement item arrived today. i then thought well if i can get a replacement surely i can also get the refund. so i went on the amazon chat and i was unable to get the refund.
it resulted in me being sent this email:

Obviously im a n00b and i have learnt from this failure. however, i am wondering what is now most likely to happen? Any advice is welcome!!! Also, if anyone thinks they can fix this then ill pay them decent.
